Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposition Management
  • Understand government departments' workflows, operational challenges and business requirements to propose the relevant and scalable solutions
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs and industry trends to enhance the Government Banking value proposition
  • Prepare and share client proposals based on the input received from client or business team
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and strategic solution discussions
  • Provide subject matter expertise during client onboarding and implementation
  • Support execution of agreements, contracts and MoUs with government entities
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery and implementation of vendor-based solutions after award of mandate
  • Facilitate resolution of solution-related queries in coordination with business teams and external partners.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships and improve solution adoption

2. Tech Partners & Solution Management

  • Maintain a strong understanding of solutions relevant to government departments and public sector institutions
  • Track market offerings, emerging technologies, vendor capabilities and competitor bank propositions
  • Identify opportunities to introduce white-labelled and partner-led solutions to strengthen the Government Banking portfolio
  • Evaluate, onboard and manage strategic solution partners and vendors
  • Define functional requirements and commercial structures with vendors
  • Facilitate internal approval processes for vendor-led solutions and commercial structures, ensuring alignment with cost-benefit analysis and business objectives
  • Manage vendor agreements, contract renewals
  • Ensure delivery quality, service performance and commercial effectiveness of vendor-led solutions.

3. Stakeholder Management & Business Governance:

  • Collaborate closely with Government Banking business teams to drive proposition adoption and client acquisition.
  • Coordinate with other internal product, technology, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and risk teams for solution implementation and process design
  • Track client-wise solution proposed, deployment, adoption, revenue generation and business outcomes
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, progress reports and business reviews for senior management
  • Publish monthly Government Banking newsletters and periodic knowledge-sharing content
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for business teams on products, solutions and market developments
  • Manage stakeholder communications and drive alignment across business, technology, operations and regulatory functions
  • Ensure effective execution of risk and control activities, including RCSA, risk assessments, audit readiness, control monitoring, and closure of audit observations
  • Own assigned products throughout the lifecycle, from concept and development to implementation, commercialization, revenue realization, and ongoing performance management.

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and client-facing solution implementations
  • Ability to drive product growth, customer experience improvement and revenue outcomes
