Job Description
Get to Know the Role 
Grab is investing in AI-driven personalization to help active users get more value out of the platform over time. We're looking for a Product Manager to own this initiative end-to-end — from identifying the behaviors that matter most, to shaping how the system targets and rewards users, to measuring impact. You'll work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to build a system that continuously learns and improves.
This is a high-ownership, IC role. You'll set the direction, partner closely with ML engineers and data scientists, and ship measurable consumer experience and business outcomes
This role requires a blend of technical depth, the ability to connect consumer problems to technical solutions, and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams based in Beijing and Singapore.
You will be based in our Malaysia office and work fully onsite. 
Critical tasks you will perform will include,
- Define the product strategy for driving long-term customer value through personalized engagement and rewards
- Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to build and refine the models that power targeting and personalization
- Own the measurement framework — designing experiments and metrics to prove impact and guide continuous improvement
Qualifications
What Skills we are looking for
- Experience: At least 5 years of product management experience (or equivalent), with a proven track record of building and scaling data-driven or AI-powered consumer products, ideally in personalization, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong Product + Quant Orientation: Comfort shaping strategy using data, designing rigorous experiments.
- AI Tool Fluency You use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work - to analyse, prototype, and accelerate decisions. You have intuition about where LLMs add value and where they fall short for CLM system.
- Technical Communication: Capacity to convey complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working with distributed teams across different geographies; English is our primary working language
