Role: Project Manager

Start Date: 8/18/26

Duration: 1 Month

Rate: $57

Hours: 30–40 hrs/week

Location: Remote- Must work CST/EST hours

About the Role:

The client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support content operations for the agency partnership team. This is a fast-paced, short-term engagement requiring someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple moving pieces, and keep approval workflows on track.

Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, corporate environment, is comfortable owning a process end-to-end, and can jump in immediately with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

Collect and organize articles/content from the agency partner

Upload and manage assets in Workfront and Google Drive

Track and manage content through the full approval timeline

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency contacts to keep deliverables moving

Proactively flag bottlenecks or delays in the approval process

Maintain clear documentation of status, versions, and next steps

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager 5+ years, ideally in a content, marketing, or agency-facing capacity

Strong operations background

Proficiency with Workfront (required)

Experience with Google Drive-based file/asset management

Prior experience in financial services or a Fortune 500 environment (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to move quickly, stay responsive, and anticipate next steps

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
