Company Description
InPost has revolutionised e-commerce parcel delivery in Poland and is now one of Europe's leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platforms. Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries, alongside to-door courier and fulfilment services for e-commerce merchants. InPost delivered 1.4 billion parcels in 2025 and is recognised for transforming parcel delivery economics in Europe through flexible, technology-driven solutions.
We're hiring a Product Manager to own InPost's collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence and Service Desk to start, expanding to other cross-team tools over time).
Job Description
What you'll do:
- Own the roadmap, backlog and governance for InPost's collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and progressively Teams, Miro and others).
- Drive the Jira Cloud migration as your first priority - owning scope and outcomes, and acting as the internal counterweight to the external delivery partner.
- Partner daily with the Collaboration Platforms team, who handle technical execution, while you define what and why.
- Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders across markets, prioritise pragmatically, and be comfortable saying no and defending that decision.
- Set standards and direction for tools with no current owner as they get added to your scope.
- Represent the platform roadmap in front of stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
- Solid product management experience and project-management mindset. You should be able to bring structure and ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, equally comfortable with technical and business audiences.
- Assertiveness - being able to set a standard and hold it even when it's not the popular answer.
- Comfort working across markets, with a large vendor and internal team to coordinate.
- Polish (communicative - able to run meetings and daily stakeholder conversations) and English (fluent).
Nice to have:
- Atlassian certification (e.g. ACP-100 Jira Administrator or equivalent).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Project Management certification.
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations specifically.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Miro platform administration.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
