Overview
The IT Business Systems Analyst for Crocs, Inc. partners with Product, Merchandising, Design, Sales, and Technology teams to implement, support, and continuously enhance business capabilities across the Crocs, Inc. Product & Merchandising technology portfolio. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, this role gathers and translates business needs into scalable system solutions that improve processes, data quality, user experience, and decision making.
Reporting to the Manager, IT Product Management, this position will play a critical role in supporting strategic technology platforms through implementation, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support testing and change management activities, onboard new users, prioritize enhancement requests, and ensure long-term operational stability and continuous improvement. This role will help support technology solutions that enable more effective collaboration and decision-making across product creation, merchandising, design, and sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business partners to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities, translating business needs into business requirements, user stories, and technology solutions.
- Support the implementation and rollout of Product & Merchandising technology platforms, including requirements gathering, testing, training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Document current and future-state business processes, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and operational procedures.
- Partner with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver system enhancements and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate business requirements, and support deployment activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for business users, providing functional support, onboarding new users, promoting best practices, and driving platform adoption.
- Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure solutions evolve with changing business needs.
- Analyze business processes, system performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved user experience.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise business applications.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and test scenarios.
- Understanding of system integrations, data governance, reporting, analytics, and master data concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners across multiple functional areas.
- Experience supporting merchandising, product creation, and assortment planning processes within retail, footwear, apparel, or consumer goods organizations, including hands-on experience with platforms such as VibeIQ, Centric PLM, Bynder, Snowflake, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, software development lifecycle practices, and change management principles.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
