About the role
As Manager, Project Management in our Care Suite unit, you will lead and develop a team of project managers across the Nordics, responsible for healthcare software implementations and related projects in Care Suite.
You will strengthen project management capabilities, modernize ways of working, improve delivery governance and support project managers in managing scope, quality, cost, schedules and customer value. The role combines people leadership, portfolio and financial oversight, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
You will also promote the responsible use of data, automation and AI assisted tools to improve delivery predictability, project visibility, risk management, reporting and decision making in a regulated healthcare environment.
In this role you will
- Build and establish the Nordic project management team for Care Suite.
- Lead, coach and develop project managers across countries and sites, fostering ownership, collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
- Modernize project management practices, governance routines, templates, tools, reporting models and delivery KPIs.
- Oversee project planning, resource coordination, budgeting, financial performance, risks, issues, status reporting and escalations.
- Provide portfolio level visibility into project progress, dependencies, risks, capacity and delivery performance to support timely decisions by leadership and steering groups.
- Support project managers in customer facing situations, including steering group meetings, complex stakeholder dialogue, change management and delivery challenges.
- Drive alignment between projects, product development, operations, sales and customer organizations to create coordinated and realistic delivery plans.
- Ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments, quality expectations and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements for healthcare software.
- Lead modernization initiatives that improve delivery predictability, efficiency, customer satisfaction, team maturity and readiness for AI enabled ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual administration through automation and AI, including status reporting, risk identification, project planning and portfolio insights.
We are looking for someone with
- Proven experience in complex software project, program or delivery management in enterprise software, healthcare, public sector or another regulated environment.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing project managers or a PMO/project delivery function across countries and sites.
- Strong understanding of hybrid and on-premise delivery, software releases, customer specific integrations, SaaS transition and public sector governance.
- Track record of improving project governance, practices, KPIs, tools and reporting, including project delivery excellence and business transformation through improved operating models, processes and ways of working.
- Experience overseeing multiple customer deliveries, including resources, risks, capacity, financial performance and reporting, with an understanding of financial management and value creation.
- Understanding of regulated software delivery, data protection, information security and responsible AI, including compliance, quality and risk management in complex delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer focus and understanding of how delivery quality, predictability and communication influence customer experience.
- Ability to balance customer value, business objectives, financial performance, quality, compliance and risk in decision making.
- Good understanding of project management tools, dashboards, data-driven follow-up, automation and AI-assisted delivery management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
AI knowledge requirement
AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work. You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use.
