Opportunity Overview

The Business Process Analyst for Global Customer Services will be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives to improve the business processes which underpin our Service business. Will serve as the subject matter expert on our business systems and how they connect to our business requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become the expert in our business processes and systems
  • Represent the GCS organization in enterprise-wide projects
  • Collaborate with business process owners to detail business requirements and success metrics
  • Leverage skills in AI to identify and implement process improvements
  • Integrate with IT and Program Managers on system integrations and implementations
  • Understand our reporting requirements and develop approaches to extract required data summaries
  • Develop process and technology roadmaps in line with business objectives
  • Develop an understanding of our service product offerings and how to operationalize them in our business systems
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and bridge the gap between their perspectives

Minimum job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field.
  • English Proficiency
  • Occasional international travel may be required for successful execution.
  • 5 years of experience in the following:

  • Business process analyst or similar roles.
  • ERP (ex. Oracle/SAP/ServiceNow), CRM (ex. Salesforce), and Vizio
