● 5+ years of experience writing production code
● Proven experience coding backend using Python, Springboot, Java, REST APIS, Rails, or Laravel
● Required React experience as a mandatory skill
● Experience collaborating with Product teams, with the ability to guide them through essential steps
● Development of durable, scalable applications using cutting-edge tools and technologies
● Ability to write clean, high-quality production code that enhances our platform
● Ability to develop and maintain unit and integration tests
