Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of IT industry experience and proficiency in modeling tools, SQL databases, and project management software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Full description
- Skilled in using modeling tools such as Unified Modeling Language (use case, class diagram, sequence diagram), Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), etc.
- Knowledgeable in Unix and Windows OS, Oracle 11 G, SQL Server 2012
- Familiarization with Java would be an advantage
- Familiarization with agile methodology and SCRUM process
- Knowledge in the use tools such as MS Project, Visio, Powerpoint
- Knowledgeable in IT Security and Quality Management
- Proficient in English with good communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have at least 2 year’s UP IT industry experience demonstrating ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
- Strong knowledge in Systems Analyst in the full Systems Development Life Cycle of enterprise-wide web-based application systems
- Experience in implementing systems for a hospital would be an advantage
