How you'll make an impact in this role
- Own and communicate the Epic/MyChart capability roadmap, maintaining a prioritized backlog that aligns technical configurations with consumer growth and patient access goals.
- Evaluate patient journey analytics and utilization data to identify digital friction points, optimizing self-service, and engagement touchpoints.
- Build data-driven business cases and financial impact models to justify strategic feature enablement, system enhancements, and new platform investments.
- Author comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and feature acceptance criteria to guide analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners.
- Collaborate with enterprise partners and leaders to ensure MyChart capabilities seamlessly integrate into the broader consumer digital experience ecosystem.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive product management experience managing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms in a complex healthcare environment.
- Epic MyChart Certification or documented Proficiency.
- Deep understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards.
