Benefits
Full description
Jacobian is redefining diagnostic imaging. Formed by the merger of Smart Reporting - a pioneer in standardized, AI-driven clinical reporting - and Fluency for Imaging, the best-in-class radiology speech recognition platform, Jacobian delivers faster, more consistent reporting at scale in a single deeply integrated solution. We serve radiologists across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, processing more than 80 million exams per year and growing.
As a Project Manager on Jacobian's Customer Success team, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of Fluency for Imaging implementations for our health system customers - turning signed contracts into live, adopted solutions on time and within budget. You'll be the customer's main point of contact through discovery, configuration, integration, and go-live, coordinating a cross-functional delivery team while keeping every stakeholder aligned on scope, timeline, and risk.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery and customer success: beyond managing individual projects, you'll help ensure new releases and features roll out smoothly to customers already live on the platform, and that ownership transitions cleanly from implementation into ongoing support. It's a role built for someone who thrives on structure and relationships in equal measure, and who wants their work to directly speed up the day a radiology department starts benefiting from Jacobian's technology.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of Fluency for Imaging implementation projects, building and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, and budget from kickoff through go-live.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery resources - including application analysts, interface architects, and adoption specialists - to manage technical integrations (e.g., HL7, RIS/PACS), configuration, workflow design, and testing/validation (SIT/UAT).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, leading project communications, status calls, agendas, and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report on implementation metrics, work requests, and change orders, keeping project documentation current and complete in Jacobian's project management system.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to plan a smooth transition from implementation into business-as-usual ownership, with clear handoffs and readiness checkpoints.
- Support customer adoption of new features and releases through release briefings, upgrade planning, and change management that minimizes operational disruption.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes, escalating and resolving them to keep delivery on schedule and within budget.
- 2+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or healthcare IT implementations; PMP certification a plus.
- Experience in radiology, imaging, or broader healthcare IT environments strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading customer-facing status calls and producing clear, well-structured project documentation (status reports, decision logs, meeting notes) following documentation best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership presence - able to drive alignment across teams, manage escalations calmly, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines without formal authority over them.
- Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., HL7) and SaaS delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong competence with MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
- Join a fast-growing, mission-driven team shaping the future of AI in radiology - building products that improve workflows and patient outcomes worldwide
- This role is open to fully remote candidates based anywhere in the US and Canada
- Comprehensive health insurance available from day one
- 401k contributions, employer match up to 5%
- 20 days PTO + sick days
- Enhanced parental leave and pay
