Job Description:
The Analytics Engineer I will be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and implementation of business intelligence (BI), data management, and advanced analytics solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of basic dashboards and analytical reports, assessing existing data sources, and contributing to data processing projects. This role requires a foundational understanding of database technologies and will work to interpret business needs into technical solutions.● Education
○ Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
● Experience
○ Preferred: 0-2 years of experience with data related to clinical, financial, or other enterprise domains
● Skills
○ Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
○ Experience with Python or other object-oriented programming languages
○ Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and modeling
○ Ability to design basic data visualizations and reports
○ Basic understanding of data modeling and database concepts
○ Strong problem-solving abilities
○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
○ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
○ Willingness to learn new software, systems, and technologies, including basic concepts of advanced analytics and AI
