ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.
To manage product planning, requirements, enhancements, and performance follow-up for Public Security Services products within Absher Products. The role supports product value realization by translating business and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, coordinating with technology and operational teams, monitoring product performance, and ensuring that product improvements are aligned with sector priorities, customer needs, and approved product management practices.

Key Accountabilities
Key Activities
- Product Planning & Roadmap Support
- Support the development and continuous update of product plans and roadmap items for Public Security Services products by consolidating business priorities, operational needs, customer feedback, dependencies, and implementation considerations into clear product initiatives and enhancement plans.
- Product Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document product requirements in coordination with business owners, users, technology teams, and relevant stakeholders. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, prioritized, and aligned with the intended product outcomes before they are handed over for design and delivery.
- Product Backlog & Prioritization
- Maintain and organize product backlog items, enhancement requests, change requests, and product improvement opportunities. Support prioritization discussions by assessing business value, urgency, dependencies, operational impact, and readiness for execution.
- Stakeholder & Business Alignment
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business representatives, technology teams, operations, and support functions to ensure alignment on product scope, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes. Facilitate discussions to clarify needs, resolve ambiguity, and maintain a shared understanding of product direction.
- Product Performance Monitoring
- Monitor product performance indicators, service usage, operational feedback, service levels, and customer experience inputs to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Prepare product insights and updates to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Product Enhancement & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and assess opportunities to enhance product functionality, service quality, user experience, process efficiency, and value realization. Convert improvement opportunities into actionable product requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to progress approved enhancements.
- Release Readiness & Delivery Follow-up
- Follow up on product changes and releases by coordinating requirements readiness, business validation, acceptance inputs, and stakeholder communications. Support delivery teams with product clarifications and ensure that implemented changes are aligned with approved business needs.
- Product Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated product documentation, requirement records, decision logs, meeting outcomes, product performance summaries, and stakeholder updates. Prepare clear reports and presentations that reflect product status, key risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Information Security
- Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Years and Nature of Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, product analysis, requirements management, digital products, or related business and technology environments.
