We are built on safety, customers, careers, community, and the structures we shape. And we’re growing...
Summary:
As a Technical Business Analyst for RedBuilt LLC, your primary focus will be on analyzing and optimizing our engineering and operations application portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of features and functionality. You will also work in the Microsoft Power Platform and NetSuite ERP systems.
Sometimes you’ll work with a software engineer and/or development team to implement solutions, and sometimes you’ll use low-code/no-code or scripting to build and implement your own.
This role requires a blend of empathy, curiosity, technical expertise, and business acumen in a fast- paced, independent, and self-directed environment. If you have an interest in working on an array of business analysis components (requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, system integration, user training, support and troubleshooting, Power Platform, NetSuite, etc.), with the opportunity to influence a growing company's digital strategy, this position could be a great fit for you. Additionally, you'll work as part of a small team, in a flat, lean, no-nonsense organization on its way up. You'll work within a small, collaborative IT team where decisions can be made quickly and access to leadership is direct. That's right, say goodbye to bureaucratic overhead.
