As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer and Data Analyst, you play a critical role in helping ChildCareGroup become a more data-informed organization. You serve as the primary business intelligence resource, partnering with executive leadership and business teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

This role goes beyond creating reports—it is about translating complex data into clear insights, establishing trusted performance measures, and empowering leaders with the information they need to improve outcomes across the organization. Working alongside the Data Engineer and key stakeholders, you will help build and advance ChildCareGroup’s enterprise reporting and analytics environment using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern business intelligence practices.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with executive leadership and business units to identify reporting needs, define KPIs, and support organizational objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Analyze organizational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and reusable semantic models that support self-service reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, governance practices, and enterprise analytics capabilities.
  • Support Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform enhancements, documentation, user training, and adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and presenting data in a clear, meaningful, and actionable manner.
