1. Role Purpose : This role focuses on refining, automating, and optimizing our software development and deployment pipelines. Needs to work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure consistent, reliable, and efficient delivery of software across dedicated, multi‑tenant, and hybrid cloud environments.
2. Key Responsibilities:
· Support the setup and improvement of automation tools such as Copado and Jenkins to streamline development and deployment workflows. Assist in exploring new tools that enhance team efficiency.
· Work closely with developers, QA, and IT teams to understand day‑to‑day challenges and help improve delivery processes. Contribute to smooth communication between operations and development teams.
· Assist in managing cloud resources and environments used by applications. Learn and apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices to help maintain scalable and consistent environments.
· Help configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado or Jenkins. Support troubleshooting and resolving basic issues across development, testing, and production environments.
· Monitor system performance using logging/alerting tools and provide initial diagnostics during incidents.
· Explore automation opportunities and contribute to process improvements where possible.
· Continuously learn DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and best practices while maintaining clear documentation.
