Full description
Join FxPro: a leading international fintech company. Be a part of our expanding international team, with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai, and Yerevan. FxPro boasts a diverse workforce of over 600 employees representing 50 nationalities, making it an exciting and dynamic workplace. At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.
As a Senior Product Manager, Internal Products, you will own and evolve our internal products, starting with the core ERP platform used across Business Development, Customer Support, Accounting, and Back Office teams. This is a product ownership role focused on discovery, prioritization, and improving how internal teams work. You will work closely with Operations and Business Development to understand their workflows, pain points, and requests, determine which problems are worth solving, and turn them into a clear product roadmap. You will also represent internal users when new customer-facing products and features are being designed, ensuring internal teams have the right tools, information, and workflows to support customers effectively once those features go live.
The role starts with bringing structure and transparency to the existing backlog and gradually evolves toward proactive discovery, process optimization, automation, and long-term improvement of our internal platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery and prioritization for the internal ERP platform
- Build and maintain the product roadmap for internal tools
- Collect, structure, and evaluate requests coming from Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Back Office, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders
- Identify the actual problem behind stakeholder requests instead of treating requested solutions as requirements
- Independently prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency, and implementation complexity
- Make product decisions and confidently challenge or reject requests when another solution would create more value
- Work directly with internal users through interviews, workflow analysis, observation, and discovery sessions
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and business processes
- Participate in discussions around new customer-facing features and define what internal capabilities are required to support them successfully
- Ensure Customer Support and Operations teams have the necessary data, workflows, tools, and controls when new products or features are launched
- Partner with the Delivery team throughout implementation while maintaining ownership of the problem, product requirements, and expected outcome
Key Product Challenges
In the first stage, you will focus on:
- Creating visibility into existing requests and pain points across Operations and Business Development
- Establishing a clear and transparent prioritization process
- Creating a roadmap for improving the current ERP experience
- Identifying the most painful and repetitive workflows
- Automating high-impact manual processes
As the product matures, the role will increasingly focus on proactive discovery, product analytics, process optimization, and identifying opportunities before they become explicit stakeholder requests.
Success in This Role
- We have a clear understanding of the key pain points experienced by Operations and Business Development teams
- We have a prioritized product roadmap focused on addressing the most important problems within our internal systems
- The most repetitive and time-consuming operational workflows are increasingly automated
- Requests from internal stakeholders are evaluated consistently rather than being delivered on a first-come, first-served basis
- Internal teams are properly equipped to support customers whenever new customer-facing functionality is launched
- Product decisions are increasingly supported by usage and operational data
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience owning product priorities and making independent product decisions
- Strong experience working with internal products, enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, back-office platforms, operational tooling, or similar products
- Strong product discovery skills and ability to identify underlying user problems rather than simply collect feature requests
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a complex backlog across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience building product roadmaps and translating business problems into product initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with teams that have different and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Experience working closely with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, or other operational functions
- Ability to challenge stakeholder requests constructively and make trade-offs based on expected value
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to use data to evaluate product problems and outcomes
- Experience working effectively with engineering and delivery teams without needing to manage technical implementation directly
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment
