Salesforce Developer

Below is the Job Description:

• Design, configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and declarative platform capabilities.
• Build and support REST API integrations, HTTP callouts, authentication, JSON processing, service logging and resilient error handling.
• Implement data mappings, validation rules, synchronisation logic and secure data-management patterns across standard and custom objects.
• Translate functional requirements into maintainable technical designs and reusable platform patterns.
• Create unit tests and technical test cases, perform sandbox validation and resolve implementation defects.
• Prepare deployment packages and promote changes through controlled Salesforce release pipelines.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation notes, test evidence and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Strong commercial Salesforce experience across Apex, LWC, Flow and platform configuration.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external services through secure REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, sharing and governor limits. Experience with source-driven development, Git-based workflows and automated release pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or a comparable Salesforce DevOps platform.
• Clear technical design and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong testing discipline, problem-solving ability and attention to maintainability and operational support.
• Financial services, lending, origination or regulated-industry experience is highly desirable.
