We support 400+ games such as Roblox, League of Legends and Fortnite, attracting more than 7 million monthly visits and reaching a global audience every day. We value bold ideas, move fast and continuously push the boundaries of digital trading. Join us and be part of a team where your work makes a real impact!

We're growing and looking for a Product Designer to join our Order team. You'll own the full post purchase experience from start to finish, starting from the buyer journey and carrying that thinking through to the order page, simplifying and clarifying the entire delivery process after purchase. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to drive decisions from discovery to launch. If you care equally about craft and outcomes, this role is built for you. That's a great opportunity to see how your work impacts the product and user experience.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

  • Shape product direction as an equal stakeholder alongside the Product Owner and Tech Lead, owning the end-to-end design process for the order page, dispute flows, and broader post-purchase delivery experience;
  • Oversee the full journey from initial buyer entry through to the order page, simplifying it into a clear, trustworthy flow where buyers always know where their order stands;
  • Partner with customer support, supply and operations teams to turn recurring buyer pain points into concrete design improvements;
  • Extend consistent order and delivery messaging across email and notification touchpoints, not just the web experience;
  • Rework the seller feedback experience to make it easier and more motivating for buyers to leave reviews, improving both feedback quality and completion rates;
  • Design and continuously improve the loyalty program experience, helping drive repeat purchases and long-term buyer retention.
  • Continuously identify and drive opportunities to improve conversion, satisfaction, and safety across the order flow through structured experimentation;
  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate design decisions and uncover actionable insights;
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, data analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute and iterate efficiently;
  • Give and receive direct feedback to continuously raise the quality bar across the design team.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • Proven ability to own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery;
  • Strong UI and interaction design skills, supported by a user-focused, data-informed portfolio;
  • Proven experience designing digital products, ideally in fast-paced B2C or marketplace environments;
  • Experience designing complex, multi-step flows (such as order, checkout, or account management) is a strong plus;
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify design opportunities independently;
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles and conducting research independently;
  • Clear and confident communication skills when presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems;
  • Fluency in both English and Lithuanian;
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing is considered a strong plus.
