Full description

Program Structure — Two Phases

Phase 1 — Internship (Unpaid, 1 Month)

A structured foundational phase where you build the core knowledge every Product Manager needs:

  • Agile & Scrum Fundamentals — how modern software teams plan and deliver, plus a book project.
  • Product Ownership — the Product Owner role and mindset, backlog management and prioritization, writing user stories, PO best practices, and the soft skills that make POs effective.
  • Regular review checkpoints and self-directed "find your own resource" assignments — because good PMs never stop learning on their own.

Your performance throughout Phase 1 is continuously evaluated. Candidates who perform well in Phase 1 qualify for the paid internship in Phase 2.

Phase 2 — Paid Internship (3 Months)

Qualified candidates advance to the paid phase, moving from foundations into full Product Management practice:

Month 1 — Advanced Training

  • Product Management Foundations — what PM really is, the product lifecycle, product vision and roadmap planning, design & UX fundamentals, data-driven decision making, and AI for PMs.
  • Technical sessions with our front-end, back-end, and DevOps engineers to build the technical fluency PMs need.
  • A presentation mini-project to sharpen your communication skills.

Months 2–3 — Hands-On / Project Phase

  • Capstone Project (3 weeks): apply everything you've learned in a single end-to-end product project, presented to FTS leadership.
  • Shadowing (3 weeks): work alongside FTS product and delivery teams on real client work.
  • A final evaluation that determines full-time hiring recommendations.

What You'll Learn to Do

  • Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work effectively inside a Scrum team
  • Build, prioritize, and manage a product backlog
  • Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning
  • Apply UX fundamentals and data to product decisions
  • Use AI tools effectively in day-to-day product work
  • Communicate confidently with engineers, designers, and stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — this is a must.
  • Full-time availability for the entire program (both phases), Sunday–Thursday
  • Analytical mindset — you like breaking problems down and asking "why?"
  • Genuine interest in technology and how software products get built
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own learning
  • Able to work on-site in Nablus or Ramallah on designated office days (hybrid model)

Nice to have (not required):

  • Coursework or side projects involving software, product, or design
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or Notion
  • Exposure to Agile concepts through university projects or training

Application Deadline : Sunday 12 July
