Job Purpose

The Business Processes & Systems Analyst will be responsible for the successful delivery, support and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across the Group. While the implementation of a new Integrated Management System (IMS) will be a key initial focus, the role extends across the wider technology landscape, including finance, warranty, dealer network, operational and reporting platforms. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, software vendors and the IT team, ensuring systems support the Group’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business workstreams relating to the Group’s IMS transformation program. 
  • Manage and support the wider portfolio of business systems across the Group. 
  • Own relationships with software vendors, implementation partners and third-party service providers. 
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and automation. 
  • Coordinate testing, training, data migration and change management activities. 
  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of reporting and analytics platforms. 
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Logistics and Operations teams. 
  • Oversee system integrations and ensure data flows effectively between platforms. 
  • Monitor system performance, risks and improvement opportunities. 
  • Support the Head of Technology & Digital/CIO in defining and delivering the Group technology roadmap.
  • Act as a key point of contact for business systems projects across the organisation. 

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience managing business-critical systems within automotive retail, distribution or a similar environment.
  • Experience delivering or supporting DMS, IMS, ERP, CRM or other enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project delivery and change management experience.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Experience working with software vendors and third-party implementation partners.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience of automotive DMS/IMS platforms is highly desirable; however, candidates with strong business systems, ERP, CRM or transformation experience from related industries will also be considered.
