Senior Linux & Kubernetes Platform Administrator
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The Senior Linux & Kubernetes Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, automation, and optimization of enterprise Linux infrastructure and container platforms. The role focuses on Kubernetes operations, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise Linux environments.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and security.
- Lead technical incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Participate in ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Linux administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Good understanding of container technologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
