Solutions Architect FICO
(Based at Malabe)

We are looking for an active team player to proactively partner with business verticals to shape and deliver the digital roadmap, including future-proofing, transformation initiatives, and scheduled improvement agendas. The role acts as a forerunner of technology transformation, helping the business adopt practical digital solutions that create a strategic edge over industry standards and norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overlook and analyses the development and functioning of high-level solutions as per business requirement in the Finance, Treasury and Controlling space.
- Be accountable for the Risk and Control Matrix (RCMs) defined and uphold the controls established.
- Cater to Change Request (CRs) made through the system and ensure that appropriate solutions are made.
- Work closely with process governance teams pertaining to solutioning changes & ensure compliance of the same.
- Ability to manage change in order to drive tech adoption, standardization across all SBUs.
- Review and work with technical architects to determine and analyze the technical effort of the proposed high-level solution.
- Involve in design and upkeep of user driven systems to facilitate Business as Usual (BAU) pipeline.
- Play a functional role in the FICO space and aid in providing specialized solutions.
- Proactively engage with business representatives and external Stakeholders (Banks, tech partners and government authorities) before proposing solutions for MAS.
- Harmonize current tech landscape through maintenance of clear communication with customers and external parties.
- Research on new technological trends applicable to new business solutions that enhance business processes.
- General understanding of existing tech landscape including hardware, network & connectivity within respective verticality.
- Thorough understanding of existing security and governance protocols including compliance, audit requirements and data protection within respective verticality.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP.
- Thorough knowledge in Finance and Management Accounting.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting standard and Risk and Control Matrix (RCMs).
