Job Purpose
Under the direct supervision of a Program Manager (including Associate or Senior level), the AI Project Manager is a key member of a project team, working closely with the other project team members, TrainAI Sales and Solutions, Supply Chain, TrainAI Tech team. The AI Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of projects of varying complexity and scope and managing the work of multiple client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, establish consistent high-quality on-time deliverables as well as identify and grow the account’s potential based on predefined objectives. The AI Project Manager will update the project processes as needed as well as address issues escalated from others.
The AI Project Manager serves as a primary client contact for assigned accounts and supports the Program Manager as needed. The AI Project Manager drives discussions with the various teams to discuss open and emerging business issues for assigned accounts as well as works hands-on to improve and fix any project related issue. The role may require leading implementation of new initiatives and completing special projects as needed. The AI Project Manager may lead a team of AI Coordinators that provide essential role for project delivery.

- Act as the main client contact, managing requests, meetings, reporting, relationships and satisfaction.
- Lead client presentations, project updates and post-project reviews.
- Handle complex client concerns, escalating high-impact issues when needed.
- Launch and manage standard and complex projects, including scheduling, workflows, resources and delivery plans.
- Ensure client requirements, quality standards, deadlines and budgets are met.
- Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues and improve processes through post-mortems and CAPAs.
- Support quotations, project administration, invoicing, POs and project P&L tracking.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to secure resources, communicate changes and provide performance feedback.
- Support account forecasting, meetings and approved growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, quality and profitability.
- Mentor and manage AI Coordinators where required.
- Complete other project-related duties as needed.
