About Broccoli
Broccoli is building the AI operating system for home service businesses, an $800B+ market.
We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors — the people who keep homes running — and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.
Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue — fully integrated into CRM systems like ServiceTitan.
We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we’ve built. Today:
- Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office
- We’ve grown from $0 → $20 millions in ARR in 2 years
- We’re trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups
- Raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and YC
iOS Developer @ Broccoli
We're looking for an iOS Developer to take full ownership of our mobile experience. Not a role where you'll be one of many iOS engineers following a roadmap set by someone else; you'll be the iOS team. That means you'll make the architectural calls, decide how features get built, and be accountable for how the app performs in the hands of real users.
You'll work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, translating fast-moving startup priorities into a polished, reliable native app. Expect ambiguity: requirements will sometimes be a Slack message and a rough Figma, not a fully-scoped spec. You'll need to fill in the gaps with good judgment, not wait for someone to hand you a ticket.
What You'll Do
- Own the iOS codebase end-to-end: architecture, development, testing, release, and maintenance
- Build and ship new features independently with minimal hand-holding
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to translate requirements into a smooth native experience
- Maintain code quality, app performance, and crash-free stability
- Manage App Store releases, versioning, and compliance
- Work with cross-platform frameworks (React Native / Flutter) where relevant, especially if the codebase is shared or transitioning
- Debug and resolve production issues quickly, since you'll be the primary owner
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on iOS development experience (Swift/SwiftUI, UIKit)
- Prior experience at a B2C startup — comfortable with fast-paced, ambiguous environments and shipping quickly
- Working knowledge of React Native and/or Flutter
- Experience owning a mobile app independently (not just as part of a large team)
- Strong understanding of iOS app architecture, performance optimization, and App Store submission process
- Bonus: experience with CI/CD for mobile, analytics/crash reporting tools (Firebase, Sentry, etc.)
