Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing the new project management tool which includes content capture and AI/automation functions
  • Manage team email box and triage requests to the appropriate parties. First touch/response must be within 3 US workdays of receipt into mailbox. Resolution TAT for our team is 10 working days
  • Manage/triage client questionnaires/requests, primarily related to adherence to compliance and security. Utilizing our FAQs, content management libraries and/or information that we can obtain without a matrix partner, draft the answers. Where this is not possible, collaborate with Corporate Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Exam Management, Privacy, Enterprise Information Security, and other functional areas. Schedule and host meetings with matrix partners and client managers as needed to gain full understanding of the request and facilitate information gathering to complete the request. Consolidate responses, review completed questionnaire for accuracy with prior responses on the same product, quality and professionalism of response
  • Conduct semi-annual Client System Access audits for all businesses where employees have access to a client’s system
  • Write and develop SOPs, job aids, and/or other documentation for any new processes that arise. Update existing documents no less than annually
  • Execute content reviews with subject matter experts
  • Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Compliance or Technology or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Optum, UHC, UHG or similar business
  • Experience interacting and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (other team members, matrix partners, internal customers, and external clients)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting compliance, financial, and /or operational audits
  • Content library management experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on less structured, more complex issues with little direction and/or management intervention
  • Demonstrated excellent organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills
