Full description

Job Identification:

We are looking for an Android Developer to join our mobile engineering team and contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable and production-grade Android applications.

What We Expect:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java & Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
  • Implement complex, high-impact features with a strong focus on performance, stability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to technical discussions within the mobile team.
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code following Android best practices.
  • Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Improve application performance, memory usage, startup time and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, QA and other engineering teams.
  • Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance problems.
  • Participate in release processes, CI/CD workflows, and app store delivery activities.
  • Keep up with Android platform updates, tools, libraries, and ecosystem changes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong professional experience in Android application development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Java & Kotlin and Android SDK.
  • Experience with modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar approaches.
  • Good understanding of Android lifecycle, navigation, background processing, permissions, and app performance.
  • Experience with Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and remote configuration.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
  • Understanding of mobile security, data storage, networking, and release management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of assigned features and technical tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modular Android application architecture.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience with Firebase services such as Crashlytics, Remote Config, Analytics, Performance Monitoring, or Cloud Messaging.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile app delivery.
  • Experience with app performance monitoring and observability tools.
  • Experience working on large-scale consumer or enterprise mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with automated testing, including unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests.
  • Experience with multi-country, multi-language, or white-label mobile applications.
