About the Role We're seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer/Engineer responsible for enhancements to SailPoint workflows, impact analysis for development on new integrations, IIQ configuration reviews and customizations, custom report configuration, and identity data cleanup. This role works closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into workflow enhancements and customizations, while ensuring changes are properly analyzed, tested, and deployed within an enterprise SailPoint environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and requirements for IIQ workflow enhancements
  • Develop new feature enhancements aligned with business objectives, compliance needs, and user expectations
  • Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, including OOTB customizations on an as-needed, approved basis
  • Perform feasibility and impact analysis for development on new integrations
  • Review existing IIQ configurations and customizations; analyze impact of changes on existing functionality
  • Support environment/server setup for application onboarding, as approved
  • Perform identity data cleanup as required and approved
  • Implement or update custom rules and scripts based on business requirements
  • Configure custom reports
  • Create and follow up on firewall requests within the client environment
  • Coordinate with developers/SMEs to gather information as needed
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT prior to deployment of changes
  • Plan production deployment in coordination with the change management team
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Escalate issues to client management as appropriate

Qualifications

Required:

  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including workflow development and customization
  • Experience performing impact/feasibility analysis for new integrations
  • Experience reviewing and customizing IIQ configurations
  • Experience with custom rules, scripts, and report configuration in SailPoint
  • Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, and production deployment processes
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a regulated utility or energy environment
  • Experience with identity data governance and cleanup initiatives
  • Familiarity with change management processes in an enterprise environment

Work Environment

  • Fully remote
