We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Project Manager to take ownership of hardware manufacturing and operations execution for physical security products such as video surveillance, IP cameras, and access control systems.
This role owns supplier execution, factory readiness, forecast fulfillment, issue closure, and cross-functional alignment across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, honest, and able to drive progress in a fast-moving hardware environment.

What You'll DoManufacturing & Factory Execution
- Own manufacturing execution across suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
- Manage build schedule, output status, yield performance, production risks, and issue coordination.
- Drive clear action ownership, escalation, and resolution for factory and production issues.
- Manage internal documentation, including project records, build status, issue logs, and key decision
tracking.
Sustaining Project Management
- Own sustaining project execution for existing product lines.
- Manage forecast fulfillment, including demand alignment, supply readiness, production allocation,
shipment planning, and fulfillment risks.
- Track ECO/ECN, component changes, quality issues, supply risks, and production continuity topics.
NPI & Mass Production Readiness
- Drive POC/EVT/DVT/PVT build readiness, material readiness, factory preparation, and issue closure.
- Own the transition from NPI builds to stable mass production.
- Track build risks, supplier readiness, engineering actions, and MP launch blockers.
Supplier & Cross-functional Management
- Manage execution follow-up across suppliers, factories, component vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Align Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and global management teams.
- Escalate risks early with facts, business impact, and recommended next steps
What You'll Bring
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong PM skills, including schedule tracking, issue management, risk control, stakeholder
communication, and follow-through.
- Sustaining project experience in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations environment.
- Cross-functional management experience across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and
external suppliers.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for reporting, data summary, communication, and daily productivity.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive working style, and honest communication.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain management, material planning, CTB tracking, supplier coordination, or
allocation management.
- Familiarity with factory process, production builds, yield tracking, line issues, and manufacturing
readiness.
- Understanding of BOM cost analysis, component cost tracking, and cost impact review.
- Experience in video surveillance, IP camera, security hardware, or related hardware products.
