Data Analyst
Fort Shafter, HI Full-Time | On-site | Position Contingent Upon Award
Position Summary
The Data Analyst supports the IMCOM Real Property Asset Management Program by analyzing large, complex real property data sets to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities. This role provides the analytical foundation for data-driven decisions that support the Army's audit readiness goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience performing data analytics for financial and asset management functions, including at least 4 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.
- Expertise reviewing and analyzing large, complex populations and data sets to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration; and/or a related certification (e.g., SAFe). Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the IMCOM asset management environment.
- No security clearance required; must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze real property data sets to identify discrepancies, trends, and root causes of data quality issues.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support program decision-making.
- Support data cleansing, validation, and correction activities in coordination with Management Consultants.
- Present analytical findings clearly to program leadership and installation stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of data analysis methods and results to support audit readiness.
