What you can expect

  • You support and manage finance projects as well as defined sub-projects and workstreams.
  • You analyze, document, and improve existing finance and settlement processes.
  • You gather requirements from business units and translate them into structured functional and technical concepts.
  • You coordinate Power BI and SAP BW dashboards as well as reports between business and IT.
  • You support users with questions regarding reporting tools, dashboards, and finance systems.
  • You prepare analyses, presentations, and decision-making documents for internal stakeholders.
  • You contribute to the structuring, governance, and implementation of AI use cases in the finance area.
  • You support the further development of digital solutions to automate and increase the efficiency of finance processes.

What makes you stand out

  • Initial experience in finance projects, process optimization, or working at the interface between business departments and IT.
  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or settlement processes.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in reporting, data analysis, and digital finance solutions.
  • Willingness to deeply familiarize yourself with Power BI, SAP BW, and other reporting or finance systems.
  • Ability to capture business requirements in a structured way and present them clearly.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally, initial exposure to AI tools, automation, or prompt engineering.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with business departments, IT, and management stakeholders, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Initiative and willingness to take ownership of topics.
