Be Consultancy Group BV

Every agency says it puts people first. We built our whole model around it. BE Consultancy Group starts from exceptional senior IT professionals, not from a vacancy, and matches them to companies that are hiring right now. WHY SENIOR PROFESSIONALS WORK WITH US You're good at what you do. You shouldn't have to spray your CV across the internet to prove it. Sign up once and we work for you: a real conversation with a senior IT recruiter who understands your stack and your expectations, then daily matching against live vacancies worldwide, so opportunity comes to you while you get on with your job. Your profile travels anonymised. Your current employer is never contacted. A company learns who you are only once it has signed our terms because it wants you, and you can stop any introduction with one reply. Honest advice on salary and rates. One person in your corner through to offer. Free, always. WHY HIRING COMPANIES WORK WITH US No briefing calls. No job-spec ping-pong. No CV spam. When one of our represented professionals fits a role you've published, you hear from us: an anonymised profile, a one-page summary of exactly how we vetted them, and a candidate who is available and open to your company. Simple terms, signed in minutes, and you pay only when you hire. Our senior recruiters interview and technically screen every professional before you ever see them, so you judge evidence, not adjectives. And because the hard work is done before we call, our fee sits well below what you're used to. Professionals → be-consultancy-group.com/apply Employers → be-consultancy-group.com/employers
