The numbers matter, too On Enterprise-Bench, Computer achieved 94.3% accuracy and used roughly 4.4x fewer tokens per correct answer than a fetch-based agent using the same model. Its token use stayed roughly flat as the dataset grew 256x. In an airline payment-support workflow, cases that took up to 30 minutes were resolved in under 3. In an employee IT rollout, 54% of requests were resolved automatically at launch. If we’re going to call it self-service, it should actually finish something.
