Freyer & Laureta, Inc. (F&L) is an award-winning consulting engineering firm with offices in San Francisco, Novato, Cupertino, and Alameda. F&L provides civil engineering, surveying and mapping, and construction management services for a wide range of infrastructure and development projects.
