We are accountable to Ministers and governed by a Board with independent non-executive directors and representation from across the public sector. Andrew Forzani, Government Chief Commercial Officer (GCCO) has been appointed as non-executive Chair of the GCA Board and Cabinet Office Sponsor to the agency. GCA connects the full breadth of the public and private sectors across the country. We offer a broad range of commercial agreements and services - all of which help buyers and suppliers work together efficiently and effectively.
