Lynch & Associates is a civil engineering and land surveying firm of more than 20 professionals, based in Burlington and New Berlin, Wisconsin. Since 2010, we have helped southeastern Wisconsin communities, WisDOT, and private developers move projects from planning through construction — practical design, accurate survey data, and responsive communication at every step.
