Founded by Olga Josias, a Global Talent Partner with 15+ years' experience, MPB provides hands-on recruitment, sourcing and project-based support to technology businesses, consulting teams, internal talent functions and selected recruitment partners. We provide flexible, tailored recruitment support built around the needs of each search, team or project — whether that means delivering a specialist recruitment assignment, providing additional sourcing capacity or supporting a defined hiring project. Our work spans technology and specialist talent, including software engineering, AI and data, ERP, cloud and infrastructure, IT, commercial and leadership roles.
