They get a nudge when something is actually due – and nothing when it isn't. Every completed task and project stays on their home record, along with service history, so the house keeps its own memory. And when a job needs a Pro, they're looking at people their neighbours have already hired, with the name of who referred them attached. Pros get discovered and hired based on work they've already done. Every Pro on Quartermaster got there because a homeowner personally referred them. These referrals are the only thing that makes a Pro more visible on the platform, so the ones who rise are the ones doing good work, not the ones with the biggest ad budget.
