The Human Resources Reporting & Analytics department is striving to be the catalyst for data-driven excellence in people management. Reporting Specialists respond to dynamic and often urgent data requests from stakeholders across HR and business units. They ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting while maintaining data integrity and compliance. This role requires agility, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

Report Development

  • Respond to one-time and urgent data requests from HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from various systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Power BI, Excel).
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and timely reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Develop Dashboards and scheduled reports for leaders across HR and Business Units

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with requestors to clarify reporting needs and define success criteria.
  • Translate business questions into technical reporting requirements.

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Ensure all reports meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
  • Validate data sources and perform quality assurance checks before delivery.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Document ad-hoc request outcomes and identify patterns for potential automation.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline, automate, or build dashboards for recurring ad-hoc reporting processes.

Tool Proficiency & Learning

  • Stay current with reporting tools and data platforms used across the organization.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications at the Analyst Level III include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, or related discipline with 4 years of related experience in reporting or data analysis. In Lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience is required.
  • Related experience includes working knowledge of:• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Excel, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Oracle HCM OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Able to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Designs and develops reports and dashboards with moderate complexity; performs basic testing and validation.
  • Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration with HR and business teams.
  • Maintains documentation of report development processes and ensures data integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 of related experience in HR reporting or analytics. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of related experience required.
  • Related experience includes in-depth knowledge of:• Proficient in SQL, HCM tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, Workday).
  • Independently develops and delivers ad-hoc and recurring reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Performs advanced data extraction, cleaning, and validation across multiple systems.
  • Leads efforts in process improvement, identifying patterns for automation and streamlining.
  • Provides technical support and training to HR staff; ensures compliance with data privacy regulations.
