Job Description

  • Deeply understanding of China’s disease landscape, unmet needs, regulations, competitors, and trends to identify market opportunities ,provide valuable local business insights to strongly support asset developement and commercialization strategy from early stage to pre-launch
  • Be responsible for the evaluation of new product (pipeline)  opportunities based on comprehensive considertions on  market and product evaluation, registration, clinical development and market access strategy ,as well as presenting China commercial opportunities arcoss China, Intercon and Global team to support decision-making
  • Establish close working relationship /well project management with internal functional teams from global /Intercon / China to ensure the alignment of global and China development program to address China-specific commercial needs for new products
  • Work with the finance team and Intercon commercial team to develop accurate LPR forecast for pipeline products based on insightful market assumptions and the latest environmental and policy changes.
  • Conduct relevant market reseach to deep understand target market and figure out  more local market insights to support strategy planning

Qualifications

Industry experiences: -6 years working experience in Pharmaceutical related industrie

Position experiences—Essential

  • Experiences on new product planning in MNC or consulting experience with relevant projects in pharmaceutical industry
  • Rich experiences of business case analysis and forecast model
  • Rich experience in market intelligence, primary and secondary market data identification and analysis, market insight generation.Immunology products or specialty care related experience is preferred.
  • Consulting experience preferred.

Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written

Computer Skills: Working knowledge, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong interest and capabilities of learning and applying new technological tools fast..
