At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Business Systems Analyst (#14816-4-10) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.
• Execute testing activities and validate results to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations related to Q2C/O2C.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and its functionalities related to Q2C/O2C.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
