Job Description
- Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.
- Plans, coordinates, and monitors project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitors project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinates communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.
- Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
