Responsibilities

The role of a Business Analyst revolves around the successful implementation and support of ERP software (specifically, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management) for various international clients. We are looking for a candidate with a strong financial background who can effectively understand and translate finance-related business processes into functional solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Converting customer needs into functional solutions

• Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements

• Providing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM to support team

• Process and gap analysis regarding application configuration for a specific module or functionality

• Post Go-live training and support

• Quality Assurance and testing

• Travelling to client sites whenever needed

Qualifications

• Higher education in Finance, Economics or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)

• Previous work experience in finance or accounting

• At least 1 year of practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central, SAP, 1C, etc.)

• Experience as a Dynamics F&SCM Consultant will be an advantage

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
