PURPOSE OF THE JOB: We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager is the line manager for a team of engineering technicians. They maintain the focus on safety by training, developing and coaching their team. They deliver a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard and efficient manner. · Work with the team and the wider network to harness the technical expertise available and build solutions. · Support the Reliability Engineering Manager as they work with the Site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff. · Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers. · Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for the shifts they own by organizing and directing the training program for the team. · Organize local projects or support EU level projects as assigned by the manager. · Be prepared to work on shift to maintain a strong connection to the team and daily work.

La retribuzione annua lorda minima per questa posizione è indicata di seguito. La retribuzione indicata corrisponde a un impiego a tempo pieno. Per un impiego a tempo parziale, la retribuzione sarà adeguata proporzionalmente.
Amazon si riserva il diritto di offrire una retribuzione e/o un livello superiore, in base alle competenze, capacità ed esperienza del/della candidato/a. Il pacchetto retributivo di Amazon può includere un bonus di assunzione. Inoltre, il/la candidato/a potrebbe avere diritto a partecipare a un piano di assegnazione di azioni vincolate (RSU) gestito in modo indipendente da Amazon.com Inc. negli Stati Uniti.
Il team di selezione condividerà la retribuzione finale e l'eventuale piano di azioni vincolate, se applicabile, in base alle competenze e ai requisiti.

Basic Qualifications: - - Diploma di istruzione secondaria superiore. - - Vasta esperienza nell’ambito di un team di manutenzione in un ambiente industriale o di produzione, responsabile della gestione di un’ampia gamma di processi aziendali complessi. - - Vasta esperienza nella gestione di persone all’interno di team ingegneristici. - - Vasta esperienza nella collaborazione e nella gestione dei rapporti tra stakeholder di vario tipo, compresi fornitori terzi. - - Conoscenza avanzata dell’inglese, scritto e parlato, e buona padronanza dell’italiano.
Preferred Qualifications: - - Laurea a indirizzo tecnico. - - Esperienza professionale con le disposizioni normative, ad esempio le verifiche di compliance e i protocolli d sicurezza delle macchine. - - Esperienza nelle attrezzature automatiche, compresi i macchinari per il packaging, lo smistamento e i nastri trasportatori. - - Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di analisi dei dati e sistemi di controllo basati su PLC. - - Esperienza nella gestione dei progetti o con le procedure Kaizen, Lean e Six Sigma. - - Esperienza con i sistemi computerizzati di gestione della manutenzione (CMMS).

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
