Business Analyst - Global Trade

Partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to support system enhancements, solve business challenges and help navigate evolving trade regulations for our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
  • Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
  • Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
  • Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office . Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred.
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
