Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering within a system integrator or IT solutions provider. A bachelor's degree in a technical field and strong hands-on knowledge of Dell or HPE hardware are required.

Full description

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and design appropriate server, storage, and data backup solutions.
  • Prepare BOMs, sizing, and configurations using vendor configuration and assessment tools.
  • Write technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs and tenders, and prepare compliance sheets.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs to customers (remotely and during on-site visits to KSA).
  • Work with distributors and vendor channel teams on deal registration and special pricing.
  • Support the sales team in customer meetings as the technical authority.
  • Own the technical pre-sales cycle for data center infrastructure — enterprise servers, storage, and data backup solutions, with a focus on Dell Technologies & HPE portfolios.​

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of pre-sales / solutions engineering experience at a system integrator or IT solutions provider, focused on data center hardware.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Dell Technologies or HPE solutions — servers, storage, and backup.
  • Good understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup solutions, SAN/NAS, and RAID concepts.
  • Dell or HPE certifications are a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia.
