Full description

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Due to our growth ambitions, we’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you’ll help strengthen Inbank’s visibility and drive the growth of our Hire Purchase product through impactful partner marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, sponsorships, and events.

Daily, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to turn ideas into effective campaigns and initiatives. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, bringing new ideas to the table, and independently driving projects from idea to execution.

This is a fixed-term, two-year position covering maternity leave.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive partner marketing initiatives end-to-end, planning and executing campaigns in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
  • Own and develop marketing cooperation with Inbank’s merchant partners in Lithuania, managing multiple partner initiatives and joint campaigns simultaneously while building strong, productive relationships.
  • Support the implementation of evolving consumer credit advertising requirements, including CCD2-related changes, by coordinating updates to marketing materials and helping partners understand and implement new requirements.
  • Organise and manage sponsorship projects to boost visibility and create engaging, meaningful brand content.
  • Coordinate messaging and promotional materials to ensure campaigns and sponsorships deliver maximum impact and align with our brand strategy.
  • Enhance Inbank’s presence at key industry conferences and events, ensuring strong brand representation and engagement.
  • Monitor budgets and campaign performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise activities for greater effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of market and marketing trends, experiment with new ideas and formats, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our marketing activities.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and other internal teams to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns that support business growth.
  • Take ownership of projects and challenges, proactively proposing ideas and solutions rather than waiting for direction.

Ideally, you would have:

  • 3–5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in partner, client, account-based, sponsorship, or partnership marketing.
  • Strong project management skills — able to prioritise multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and independently drive projects from planning to execution.
  • A results-driven and analytical mindset, with experience measuring impact and using insights to optimise performance.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, working confidently with both internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, creative, and hands-on approach — comfortable spotting opportunities, solving problems, bringing new ideas, and challenging existing ways of working.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
  • Nice to have: experience in an agency, financial services, retail, or technology environment; knowledge of social media or media buying; and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.

What you’ll get in return?

  • Salary based on your experience and performance (€3,300–€4,000 gross per month).
  • A hybrid working model that supports flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
  • Extra time off: Enjoy 5 additional vacation days after your 3rd year with us.
  • Inspiring work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact.
  • Growth opportunities: We invest in your professional development and support your career advancement.
  • Health benefits: Choose between comprehensive health insurance or access to the Stebby wellness platform.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget to help you grow your skills and stay ahead.
  • Fun and connection: Take part in company-wide and team events that bring our people together.
  • A modern, pet-friendly office in Vilnius, designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
