Our team is inventory management team which is a global, diverse team across the world, to manage global partners inventory and also hub inventory at Cisco
Your Impact
As business analyst,
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to optimize supply chain processes and manage risks. Implement predictive models to anticipate potential disruptions and develop contingency plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency through automation and the integration of AI/ML solutions. Lead initiatives to digitize and streamline supply chain workflows.
- Define, track, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory management. Provide regular updates and insights to management team on the health and performance of key processes in supply chain inventory management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on high tech and AI-driven industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented program management and influencing skills to work in a broad Global environment.
- Excellent skillset to use Microsoft office tool, including excel, power point, word, etc.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms for supply chain optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, work on different models, scenario, simulations at the most granular level, while also be able to communicate the implications/drivers to Senior Management. Advanced MS Excel, Python Power BI, Tableau with high degree of proficiency in data mining would be an added advantage.
- Ability to utilize expert knowledge and understanding of interdependencies between business processes and metrics development.
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and thrive in a high pace environment with minimal supervision. Flexibility to change in role as initiatives evolve.
