What you’ll do  As a Junor entry level Project Manager in our Program Performance (Project Management) team at Aurecon, you’ll: 

  • Own your career while growing your skills
  • Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills on live client projects 
  • Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design 
  • Learn from industry experts and mentors through hands-on guidance 
  • Build your industry network and appreciation across exciting and current projects

What you’ll bring 

  • A Diploma in Project Management, or a relevant qualification such as a degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Geotechnical studies, or an equivalent field (completed or nearing completion).
  • Please note that Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position due to the nature of the projects. A valid driver’s licence is desirable.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Natural curiosity and a drive to solve real-world challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, supported by strong organisational skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • A passion to develop both your project management skills and overall professional capabilities 

It would be advantageous if you also have: 

  • Experience in Project Management
