As our Lead Identity Security Program Delivery Manager, you will oversee and drive the delivery of Chubb’s identity and access management and information security initiatives, combining agile identity solution delivery with global security program management. You will lead cross functional teams to deliver identity management capabilities, improve user access management, and execute strategic security projects that strengthen the policies, procedures, tools, and controls protecting the confidentiality, integrity, privacy, and availability of systems, networks, and data.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the priorities and delivery of the Identity Management solution implementation team and ensure development teams follow Scrum frameworks and agile practices
- Define, measure, and drive delivery of MVP releases to improve user access management and support onboarding of applications into the new IGA solution
- Use agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver solutions while training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams
- Manage tasks, action items, project scope, timelines, processes, and deliverables
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and testing activities
- Monitor progress, performance, risks, and issues, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership, and prepare and present status reports, executive updates, briefings, and reporting
- Manage complex global security projects and strategic initiatives, including process improvement, metrics definition, operating reviews, and presentation development
- Collaborate with global and regional IT teams and ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities and expected outcomes
- Stay current on identity and security technologies and industry developments, and provide recommendations based on key metrics and security trends
